Our Management Team

The business is driven by our working director & our full, collectively they accumulated four years of tertiary education obtaining their degrees and six years of working experience. They are involved in the business development, procurement, project management and administration of the company.

The management team proactively gathers feedback, identifies changes in the business environment, reviews work processes and communicates key learning points and company policy to all staff at regular meetings

Our people

Our people are crucial in the delivery of our services and solution to our clients. To ensure that everyone is equipped with the right skills, knowledge and attitude, a comprehensive training programme is put in place to constantly upgrade our people in technical and management skills

We believe firmly in providing the right training, accredited certification, and practical knowledge for our people, in other for them to execute their duties and responsibilities confidently. Our aim is to stay relevant to the ever-changing market place and clients requirments.

Health and Safety Policy

Avenir Civils &Construction believesin the possibility of zero-harm operation. We believe that all occupational injuries and diseases can be prevented and that therefore we must all take responsibility in avoiding them. Our aim is to maintain a health and safety culture where everybody proactively supports the Avenir Civils & Construction health and safety objectivesand commitments.

It is the duty and responsibility of the management to

1. Regularly assess the employee to potential health and safety hazards
2. Provide a working environment where hazards are controlled, as well as suitable personal protective equipment with appropriate instructions and training.
3. Regularly identify, assess and monitor risks to the physical integrity of · Mobile and stationery equipment · Individual workplace
4. Provide and maintain appropriate emergency resource procedures and equipment
5. Monitor and comply with appliance regulatory obligation
6. Implement and maintain adequate management programmes and systems, mitigation measures and controls.
7. Ensure competent staff and sufficient resources for health and safety management
8. Ensure consistence and timely of (high potential) incidents, aiming for the understanding of root causes and contributing factors.
9. Implement programs and targets for continuous improvements in health and safety.
10. Determine and track the actual performance against objectives.
As we are all responsible for our own safety and the safety and the well-being of our colleagues in which we work, we are therefore required to:
1. Ensure that you are fit and in a suitable condition to carry out your tasks when you report to work
2. Understand and comply with our health and safety policies and procedures and assist your co- worker to do the same
3. Identify, assess and mitigate the health and safety hazards associated with your work.
4. Immediately stop any work that may be unsafe and possess danger.
5. Always use the appropriate personal protective equipment for your role.
6. Safety, legally, and correctly handing and dispose of material.
7. Beware and ready to undertake any emergency procedures and ensure that visitors are familiar with them
8. Report any relevant incident or condition to your immediate supervisor.
We recognise that all of us have the specific authority to leave situations that endanger our health and safety. You should never work unless you are trained for the job, competent, medically fit and sufficiently rested.
